Allows labels to be produced on a black backing.Nature of the print and restrictions The ink from the thermal transfer ribbon is transferred onto the fabric (nylon, satin) under the influence of high temperature, creating a permanent print layer. Printing is possible in one colour - usually black, but also in other colours depending on the tracing paper used. No printing of tonal transitions or gradients - only solid, flat colours. The design must be simple and legible. The back of the label remains in the ground colour.Durability Washable up to 60°C. The print is durable and resistant to abrasion and external conditions.Finishing and delivery Hot-cut (satin), or cold-cut (nylon) edges are protected against snagging. Labels supplied flat as sections, without pressing.Design guidelines Simple, single-colour designs with clear outlines have the best effect. Avoid very fine details and thin lines (0.5pt minimum).
